Hello. My name is Jorge Carabias, a peculiar and curious computer engineer passionate about software development but also very interested about businesses and the way in which technology has changed them and created new business models.
I live in Valladolid where i work as head of product development.
I am passionate about web design and development, mobile development, internet and business models that emerge from it, their strategies and social media.
I also love to go running, play tennis, cycling, listen to music (i play the piano), photography and the sea.
I like to keep things simple and efficient and i pursue it in everything i do.
I was born and growed up in Salamanca where i also studied computer engineering. There i got my first jobs until i become project and innovation manager at a small business. After that i moved to Valladolid where i work now. In my way i have developed my curiosity for "the way of doing business" studying a MBA program at the Instituto de Empresa.
Because i can not stop of doing things, i also developed my entreprenurial side creating projects like Naslu.com and other two that are on their way.
